Kahlig Auto Group seeks a Lexus Guest Experience Coordinator in San Antonio to be the face of the dealership. You will greet guests, guide them through tours, and support the sales team with timely service while maintaining a polished, professional environment.

The role emphasizes guest relations, data entry into CRM, and coordinating with team members to resolve concerns and ensure a superior experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in luxury customer service environment.
• Polished, professional appearance and presentation.
• Reliable and long-term career oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally and provide facility tours as guests enter.
• Check in with waiting guests to ensure efficient use of their time.
• Keep concierge desk clean and professional as the first point of contact.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, and sorting mail.
• Gather guest information and enter into the Customer Retention Management software.
• Direct clients to waiting area or cafe and refer to appropriate personnel for status updates.
• Assist sales team to promptly assist all guests.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to appropriate team member as needed.
• Monitor and manage demo car keys and log demo car reports.
• Attend department meetings.
