Price LeBlanc Lexus in Baton Rouge is seeking a results-focused Service Consultant to greet guests and coordinate service for our Lexus guests. You will act as liaison between the guest and the service technician, and work with the call center to schedule service.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a drive to learn, and a track record of success. You will collaborate with technicians and managers to ensure fair workload distribution and a high standard of customer

Qualificações

• Must have valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (social media check, drug screen, background check, and MVR).
• Read and comprehend instructions and information in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Service Department guests promptly and courteously.
• Ascertain guests' needs and collect information for service or repair.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services.
• Keep guests informed throughout service and notify when service is complete.
• Review repairs and associated costs with guests.
• Coordinate with technicians and call center to schedule service.
