Job summary

House of Dior Beverly Hills is seeking a refined Host to serve as the boutique's first ambassador, creating a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment. You will guide clients, anticipate needs, and coordinate with Brand Ambassadors to deliver memorable luxury experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in luxury retail or related client-facing roles, with exceptional communication, poise, and a proactive approach to service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or related client-facing environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; proficient with CRM and boutique tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients on arrival and create a warm, luxurious first impression.
• Discreetly identify client needs and guide inquiries appropriately.
• Introduce clients to Brand Ambassadors for tailored experiences.
• Provide proactive service and offer curated tours and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of Dior collections, services, and spa offerings.
• Utilize boutique technology and client management systems expertly.
• Manage boutique traffic and support events and clienteling initiatives.
• Ensure the boutique presentation remains inviting at all times.
