Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Receiving Clerk for our Secaucus, NJ distribution center. You will efficiently receive, inspect, process, and store inbound shipments, maintaining accurate records and supporting inventory accuracy.

The role involves unloading freight, processing paperwork, routing products, and interacting with vendors and drivers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced distribution environment, with experience in luxury goods

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of receiving or warehouse experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight and assist with processing receiving paperwork.
• Route products to appropriate departments and maintain inbound/outbound records.
• Support inventory accuracy and documentation following safety and quality standards.
• Interact professionally with vendors and delivery personnel.
• Assist with general distribution center operations as needed.
