Investment Watches is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Austin showroom. You will open and inspect incoming packages, document contents, photograph items, and prepare shipments. The role focuses on handling luxury watches with care, labeling, and coordinating carrier pickups.

This hands-on, on-site position requires meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay organized while maintaining packing areas and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Careful and attentive to small details
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable spending much of the workday on your feet and handling packages
• Able to follow packing, intake, and security procedures consistently
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for shipping labels and records
• Communicates clearly and asks questions when something does not match
• Shipping, receiving, packing, retail stockroom, or warehouse experience is helpful
• No luxury-watch experience required; training will be provided
• Must work on-site at our Austin showroom

Responsabilités

• Receive and open incoming packages
• Check watches, accessories, and paperwork against shipment records
• Photograph incoming items and record their details
• Flag damage, missing items, or discrepancies immediately
• Label items and deliver them to the appropriate team
• Carefully wrap, protect, and pack luxury watches and other valuable items
• Prepare shipping labels and check addresses, shipping instructions, and insurance requirements
• Organize outgoing packages and coordinate carrier pickups and drop-offs
• Track shipments and report delivery issues
• Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing items
• Keep the packing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Follow company security procedures when handling valuable items
