Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Material Handler - Shipping in our New Jersey distribution center. You will prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are picked, packed, labeled and shipped accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Proficiency with warehouse systems and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics experience, preferably within cosmetics, sunglasses, jewelry, or watch industry.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to verify products, quantities, and shipping docs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using WMS, ERP, or shipping software preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Demonstrated reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner in the Distribution Center.
• Pick, verify, pack, label and ship customer orders per company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Material Handler - Shipping is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of outbound shipments within the Distribution Center. This role ensures customer orders are picked, verified, packed, labeled, and shipped according to company standards and service expectations. The Material Handler - Shipping plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction by ensuring all shipments are processed correctly and delivered on schedule.
