Job summary

Jacques Marie Mage in Los Angeles seeks a Gallerist to drive exceptional client experiences and sales. You will report to the Gallery Director and embody the brand in every client interaction, delivering storytelling that elevates each visit.

You will manage client books, maintain brand standards, and collaborate across the Gallery to meet KPIs while showcasing knowledge from craftsmanship to design inspiration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, preferably luxury.
• Experience in a luxury environment.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Shopify.
• Excellent speaking and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with mentorship mindset.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in client-based business.
• ABOC license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through the JMM Client Experience.
• Storytell to immerse clients in the JMM world.
• Adhere to JMM policies and procedures.
• Foster teamwork across the Gallery.
• Maintain and elevate JMM operational standards.
• Deliver an elevated, brand-defining client experience.
• Establish and maintain a client book with over 30% from appointments.
• Consistently achieve individual and Gallery KPIs.
• Represent the Jacques Marie Mage brand at the highest level in every client interaction.
• Serve as a trusted expert in JMM product knowledge, from craftsmanship to design inspiration.
• Share the brand's stories and highlight the details that make each JMM piece unique.
