You will collaborate across teams in LA to assist launches, inventory, and communications while gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail and collectibles.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in luxury, retail, or e-commerce is required.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Support membership operations, onboarding, and data updates.
• Assist with member inquiries, product availability, and order follow-ups.
• Aid in launch prep, sourcing vintage objects, and pricing uploads.
• Maintain inventory trackers and coordinate with warehouse and galleries.
• Prepare and schedule newsletters with brand and e-commerce teams.
• Assist with member events, gifting, and gallery initiatives.
• Help prepare sales reports and improve daily workflows.
