Job summary

Perigold, the luxury home retailer, is opening its first physical stores and seeking driven sales associates who thrive in a design-forward environment. You will deliver an authentic luxury guest experience, tailor conversations to guests, and showcase Perigold products both in-store and via our endless aisle and app.

You will close sales, educate guests on purchasing options, and collaborate with the Design team while supporting store operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience; luxury or design experience a plus
• Flexibility with schedules (mornings, nights, weekends, some holidays)

Responsibilities

• Maintain luxury guest experience and satisfaction
• Drive sales by building personalized connections with customers
• Become an expert on Perigold products and services
• Close sales and educate guests on purchase options (POS, Online, app)
• Collaborate with Design team and assist product inquiries
• Support store operations: new products, floor sets, replenishment, backfill substitutions
• Maintain positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates
• Share innovative ideas to improve store operations
• Adapt to rapid changes in products, promotions, and operations
