SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to accurately prepare farm store, restaurant, online, and gift orders. You will manage fulfillment end-to-end—from picking and packing to shipping, inventory control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Ideal candidates have experience in order fulfillment and inventory management, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or related operational roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with perishable food products and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare Farm Store, online, and gift orders accurately within required timeframes.
• Provide white-glove care in packing and shipping of all products with attention to detail.
• Inspect products before packing to ensure quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Coordinate shipping labels, carrier pickups, and track outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize storage areas for easy access.
• Collaborate with Farm, Retail, Culinary, CPG, Marketing, Hospitality and leadership teams.
