Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Online Fulfillment Coordinator to serve as the in-store expert for online order fulfillment. The role includes processing online orders, training Team Members, and ensuring accuracy in fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities cover BOPIS, PPS, layaway handling during holidays, and coordination with leadership and corporate partners. Strong detail orientation and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Forklift certification.
• 2 years of retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds regularly.
• Warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven surfaces.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within 4 hours.
• Audit payments for BOPIS orders and train staff accordingly.
• Fulfill and ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within 2 days, unless next-day specified.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and Corporate Partners on processes and reporting.
• Maintain filing and organization of online fulfillment paperwork.
• Organize, stock, audit, and fulfill layaway orders during holidays.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
