SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to accurately prepare farm store, restaurant, online, and gift orders, ensuring every product leaves with the care and presentation expected at our guest table.

The role encompasses inventory management, packaging procurement, picking, packing, and shipping, collaborating with Farm, Retail, Culinary, CPG, Marketing, and Hospitality teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare Farm Store, online, and gift orders accurately and within required timeframes.
• Provide white-glove care in packing and shipping, reflecting high standards of quality and hospitality.
• Inspect products before packing to ensure quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Coordinate packing materials and shipping requirements; print labels and track shipments.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and procurement of packaging supplies.
