The Lion in Vail, presented by East West Hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a close-knit front desk team at our luxury mountain retreat where exceptional service is defined by knowing guests, anticipating needs, and making every detail feel effortless.

You will collaborate with owners and guests to shape experiences that are thoughtful, authentic, and distinctly The Lion, while maintaining the highest standards of service. Weekend work with some holidays is expected.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of progressive front office or hotel operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in condotel, vacation rental, or owner-focused environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a strong front office team through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and reviews.
• Lead by example on the front lines by covering shifts and delivering personalized service.
• Keep the property guest-ready with pre-arrival and checkout inspections and monthly walkthroughs.
• Maintain cross-department communication with Maintenance and Housekeeping for smooth operations.
• Oversee payroll approval and ordering of office supplies and team uniforms.
