Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Director of Front Office for Solaris Residences in Vail, CO. You will lead a high-performing team across Front Desk, Concierge, Bell/Valet, Ski Valet, and Night Audit, shaping service standards from arrival through departure.

You’ll drive operational excellence and hospitality culture, mentoring leaders while partnering with other departments to deliver personalized guest experiences in a luxury-resort setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive Front Office leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Front Desk, Concierge, Bell/Valet, Ski Valet, and Night Audit operations.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front Office operations including Front Desk, Night Audit, Concierge, Bell Services, Valet, and Ski Valet.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and labor management to maximize efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for homeowners and guests while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales & Marketing to ensure seamless operations.
