Job summary

Oxford Collection Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services at one of our Four-Diamond properties. You’ll ensure seamless check-in/check-out, deliver Forbes-level service, and mentor the Guest Experience Representatives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

In this role you’ll manage reservations, coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping, handle guest concerns with discretion, and uphold brand standards while contributing to training, scheduling, and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polished and professional demeanor, overseeing check-in/check-out processes
• Provide detailed information about the hotel, amenities and local recommendations
• Process reservations, payments and special requests with discretion
• Offer upgrades and personalized services to enhance guest experiences
• Coordinate with bell staff and valet for transportation and luggage
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion per brand standards
• Maintain knowledge of VIP guests and special accommodations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, Valet, Bell staff and F&B for guest requests
• Remain available at the front desk and align with other departments for smooth operations
• Manage room inventory and assist in maximizing revenues
• Review billing disputes and ensure guest satisfaction
• Promote hotel promotions and seasonal offerings
