The Lash Lounge is seeking a confident Front Desk Coordinator for the Prosper and McKinney locations. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, converting inquiries to bookings, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from the moment they call or walk in.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/service industry.
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Flexible scheduling to pick up shifts as needed.
