THE LASH LOUNGE Westlake - Crocker Park is seeking a phenomenal Front Desk Professional. You will greet clients, book appointments, assist with retail sales, and maintain a clean, inviting salon environment.

This role involves selling Monthly Memberships, inventory upkeep, opening/closing tasks, and contributing to group operations. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, a sales mindset, attention to detail, and experience with MS Office and salon software.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell Monthly Memberships and promote memberships.
• Strong customer service focus and professional public interaction.
• Proficient with MS Office and salon software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointment bookings with the gold standard of service.
• Market and promote Monthly Memberships to clients.
• Accurately input client records into salon software with sources and codes.
• Maintain an organized work area and handle intake forms, charts, and handouts.
