Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths is opening a new Los Angeles center and seeks a Front Desk Manager to lead the opening team and set the standard for guest experiences from day one.

You will oversee front desk operations, supervise the team, ensure VIP flow, and uphold AIRE’s luxury service standards in a brand-new venue in Los Angeles. This is a pre-opening role with weekends/holiday shifts and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a Front Desk or Customer Service team.
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or related sectors.
• Strong sensitivity to luxury service standards with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic pre-opening/opening phase.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and embodying brand values.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during opening.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Ensure Front Desk reflects service standards and brand identity.
• Client Experience: Supervise adherence to protocols and resolve issues affecting guests.
• Client Experience: Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day Front Desk operations and coordinate with all departments.
• Operations Management: Oversee VIP and group bookings and guest flow.
• Operations Management: Conduct daily briefings on VIPs, incidents, events.
• Operations Management: Oversee inventory, retail, and financial transactions at Front Desk.
• Operations Management: Present daily/weekly reports to Centre Management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop Front Desk team.
• Team Leadership: Provide feedback and coaching for growth.
• Team Leadership: Plan and manage staff schedules.
