AIRE Los Angeles is opening a brand-new centre in the Arts District and is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to establish and support our housekeeping operations. You will lead daily cleaning efforts, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of team management experience, 2 years in cleaning, and strong English skills. Competitive hourly pay with health benefits and employee perks available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a team management role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cleaning job or related.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in recruitment, training, and team scheduling, including shift planning and rotations.
• Oversee daily team performance, providing individual feedback and identifying development needs.
• Ensure client comfort in changing areas, addressing concerns and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Uphold AIRE’s standards for appearance, conduct, and customer service at all times.
• Coordinate the activities of the Cleaning, Laundry and Locker teams ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor processes, tools, and resources, proposing sustainable improvements and assisting with stock control.

The Role:

As we prepare to open our new centre in Los Angeles, we are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will play an important role in establishing and supporting our Housekeeping operations.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational excellence by overseeing daily cleaning activities, leading and supporting the Housekeeping team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols, while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the manager in recruitment, training, and team scheduling, including shift planning and rotations.
• Oversee daily team performance, providing individual feedback and identifying development needs.
• Ensure client comfort in changing areas, addressing concerns and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Who You Are:

• Have a minimum of 1 year in a team management.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a cleaning job or related.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have effective conflict management abilities, and you are assertive and cooperative.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
