Job summary

AIRE Los Angeles is opening its doors and seeking a passionate Housekeeping Manager to launch and lead the department. You will oversee linen operations, cleanliness, and guest services in a luxury setting, ensuring an exceptional first impression for every guest.

As part of a pre-opening team, you will implement detailed cleaning protocols, manage inventory, and guide a team to deliver an experience that embodies AIRE’s brand values. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a Housekeeping or Guest Service team.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong sensitivity to luxury service standards and personalized guest care.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Ensure all guest areas, especially locker rooms and transition spaces, reflect AIRE’s luxury standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service at all times.
• Operations Management: Manage daily Housekeeping operations; coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance; conduct daily briefings.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the Housekeeping team with training and development; manage schedules and staffing.
• Safety, hygiene, and luxury service protocols: ensure compliance at all times; present daily/weekly reports to Centre Management.
