Job summary

AIRE Los Angeles is opening in the Arts District, inviting energetic professionals to join the launch team as Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead the front desk staff, ensure a warm, luxurious guest experience, manage reservations, and uphold the brand’s standards of service.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in client service with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service setting, required.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisor experience, required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Maintain luxury, warmth, energy, and accommodation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk opening and closing procedures.
• Support reception area organization and aesthetics.
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues.
• Direct and support Front Desk Attendants and Host with daily workflows.
• Troubleshoot reservation system challenges.
• Oversee transactions and payment processing.
• Monitor and restock gift package supplies.
• Enforce uniform policy across front desk staff.
• Communicate with Front Desk Manager or MOD about disruptions.
• Perform other front desk-related tasks as needed.
