Job summary

AIRE Los Angeles, a luxury wellness brand, opens its first North American location in the Arts District. We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk team, uphold five-star service, and greet guests with personalized care.

You will supervise Front Desk Attendants and Host, manage reservations, ensure smooth cash handling, and maintain the luxe environment. Weekend and holiday availability expected; competitive $24/hour plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service setting.
• 1–2 years of supervisor experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk opening and closing procedures.
• Support front desk area organization and aesthetics.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues.
• Direct/support Front Desk Attendants and Host in daily workflows.
• Troubleshoot reservation system challenges and manage payments.
