Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our luxury Front Office team. You will be the first and lasting impression, delivering genuine hospitality, personalized service, and attention to detail for memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, handling check-outs, maintaining a balanced cash bank, and assisting with reservations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of OPERA preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in luxury hospitality or customer service.
Multitasking and prioritization skills.
Work authorization in the United States required.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests efficiently, ensuring correct room type and rate.
Handle check-outs, settle bills accurately, and confirm guest satisfaction.
Maintain a balanced cash bank; process payments, currency exchange, and reconcile transactions.
Provide top-tier hospitality, resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Use hotel systems for check-in/out, reporting, and room assignments.
Assist with reservations and guest calls when needed.
