Job summary

The Venetian Resort invites applications for an Agent - Front Office to provide exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out, register guests, and handle payments with accuracy.

Role requires professional communication, confidentiality, and the ability to resolve guest questions and disputes while upholding resort standards. Luxury-hotel experience and PC skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in oral and written form.
• Front desk experience in a four- or five-star hotel/resort preferred.
• One year continuous face-to-face guest service experience.
• Experience with LMS and PC software programs (MS Word, Excel).
• Bi-Lingual in a second language other than English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Register guests, render bills, and process payments.
• Assist guests with questions, directions and information.
• Resolve guest disputes professionally while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and related data.
• Uphold department policies and obtain accuracy in banking tasks.
• Upsell suites and services when appropriate.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive guest interactions.
