Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas seeks an Agent – Suite Reservations to process hotel, restaurant, and show reservations with a focus on outstanding guest service. You will handle inbound inquiries, maintain knowledge of suites and services, and work within casino and hospitality operations to delight guests.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a luxury hotel/casino, strong English communication, proficiency in Word/Excel, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license as required by law or policy.
• 1–2 years working in a Luxury Hotel & Casino environment is preferred.
• Experience in LMS, ACSC, Passkey, OpenTable, Archtics, Xtend, SDD Jazz, HotSOS, Zingle, SevenRooms, UrVenue, Alice, Transportation Portal and Internet knowledge preferred.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel; must have the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations for hotel, casino, restaurant, Box Office Show, and other areas.
• Receive inbound calls and messages from guests requesting reservations and assistance; provide expert information and service.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, hours, and suite types.
• Provide unmatched guest service and meet guest needs efficiently.
• Ensure safety and consistency in attendance; follow company policies and procedures.
