Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead property is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Front Office. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and share local knowledge to ensure an exceptional stay in a Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond hotel.

You’ll contribute to a memorable guest experience, support the hotel’s premium service culture, and participate in a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and check in, including room assignment and keys
• Process check-outs, verify charges and handle payments
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings, rooms, rates and local area information
• Upsell hotel amenities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency
