Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You will greet guests, share local information, and promote resort amenities, ensuring smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services teams, handling folios, guest requests, and issue resolution with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to input information accurately into computer systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers across departments.
• Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per Omni’s procedures.
• Provide information about resort and local area to guests.
• Set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences.
• Block rooms in the computer and manage room changes as needed.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments and personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
