Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome: greet guests on arrival, complete check-in with verified details, assign rooms, issue keys, and assist with bell service.
• Support efficient check-out: verify charges, process payments, issue receipts, and use the POS system accurately.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge: explain hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information to assist guests.
• Promote hotel services: use up-selling techniques to recommend amenities and maximize revenue.
• Delight our guests: respond to requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages effectively.
