Job summary

St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. You will deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out and help create a luxurious, memorable stay for guests.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including weekends and holidays; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required. Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and have excellent verbal/written communication skills and general computer knowledge.
• Ideal candidate balances fast pace with a warm, guest-focused demeanor.
• Flexible availability; weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in/check-out and ensure a luxurious, memorable stay.
• Handle PBX, Reservations, and Front Desk duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Answer questions about property details, events, and services.
• Coordinate with Concierge/Valet to provide seamless service.
• Complete daily shift audits and balance account settlements.
