Loews Regency New York Hotel on Park Avenue seeks a Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in, and deliver a memorable first impression in a luxury setting. Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
• Previous property management system experience (Opera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms per guest preferences and requests.
• Obtain and verify payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash accurately.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of front desk and lobby.
