Job summary

Loews Regency New York Hotel is seeking a warm Concierge to deliver personalized service on the Upper East Side. You will greet guests, offer local recommendations, arrange dining, theater, travel, and other requests, always aiming to create unforgettable experiences.

Ideal candidates have guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while collaborating with hotel departments. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally to set the tone for an exceptional stay.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Make dining, theater, tour, travel, and other arrangements tailored to guest preferences.
• Assist with transportation, childcare, and other special requests.
• Research and provide timely, personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the Concierge desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Answer guest inquiries and communications per Loews Hotels standards.

Your Qualifications Include

• High SchoolDiplomaor relevant work experience required
• Minimum ofone(1)yearguest service experience in hotel hospitalitypreferred
• Experience withpreviousProperty Management System, preferred Opera System
• Certification for Concierge Professional preferred.
• Ability to standand walkforlong periodsof timerequired

Wage range for this position, based on experience, is $30.70 to $38.37.
