Job summary

C Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May, NJ is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome cottage guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate guest needs with housekeeping and other teams. You will be the main contact for guests, help with reservations, payments, and provide local activity information to enhance their stay.

The role focuses on personalized service, attention to detail, and collaboration with Farm Market, Maintenance, and F&B teams to uphold the Beach Plum Farm Michelin Key

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Luxury hospitality or resort experience preferred.
• Experience with a property management system preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet cottage guests on arrival and provide a personalized intro to Beach Plum Farm and cottages.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs, verify reservation details and payments.
• Communicate with guests before arrival about stay details, activities, dining, transport.
• Serve as primary contact for cottage guests throughout their stay.
• Assist with cottage reservations via phone, email, and PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on arrivals, departures, and priorities.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and reservation information in the PMS.
• Assist with farm programs, amenities, and guest experiences.
