Cape Resorts Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May, NJ seeks a Front Desk Agent/Innkeeper to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and guide cottage stays with a personal touch. You will coordinate with housekeeping, manage reservations, and assist with farm programming and local attractions.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service, organization, and communication skills, plus experience in luxury hospitality. Weekend/evening availability may be required to support occupancy and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Luxury hospitality background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome cottage guests on arrival and provide a personalized introduction.
• Manage check-ins/outs, confirm reservations, payments, and requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on arrivals, departures, and priorities.
• Assist with cottage reservations by phone, email, and PMS.
• Maintain guest notes and reservation information in the system.
