The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills essential.
• Very good computer skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capability.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
