Barnsley Resort in Georgia is seeking a friendly Server to join our hospitality team. You will create engaging dining experiences for guests in a luxury setting, delivering attentive service and menu recommendations.

As part of a fast-paced restaurant, you will take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure precise payments while upholding our high standards of presentation and guest care. This role offers growth within a renowned luxury resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards.

• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
