Job summary

CityGate Centre in Naperville seeks a Full-Time Hotel Arista Front Desk Agent/Greeter. You will work with the Front Office team in dual roles, greeting guests and handling registrations with personalized service.

Responsibilities include conveying information to tailor stays, guiding arrivals and departures, and assisting with guest questions, requests, and communications through hotel systems. A high school diploma is required and a background in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in luxury hospitality preferred but willingness to learn is important.
• Must be attentive, helpful, and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with arrival procedures; register guests and explain room features.
• Perform front desk tasks and concierge duties; provide personalized guest services.
• Transport guests and luggage as needed and assist with directions to local attractions.
• Utilize Opera PMS and hotel systems; handle guest requests, messages, and questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front entrances and hotel vehicles.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
