Job summary

CityGate Hospitality seeks a dual role Front Desk Agent/Greeter for Hotel Arista in Naperville. You will welcome guests, conduct registrations, and coordinate concierge services to personalize each stay.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, a flexible schedule, and a valid driver’s license. This hourly non-exempt position offers gratuity and growth opportunities within the Front Office team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Background in a luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred, but willingness to learn is important.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and relays information that personalizes the guest’s stay.
• Conducts guest registration and follows check-out procedures.
• Fulfills concierge and bell person roles.
• Transports guests and luggage; assist with room orientation and services.
