Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel SanFrancisco at Embarcadero is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our luxury team. You will check guests in, assign rooms, handle requests, and help guests have a memorable arrival with warmth and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has prior luxury hotel front desk experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality degree preferred; bilingual abilities and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest contact skills.
• Outgoing and helpful demeanor with guests.
• Hospitality degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensure the guest is assigned the correct room type and rate.
• Arrange luggage delivery to guest room and issue keys.
• Upsell guest rooms based on availability to maximize revenue.
• Check out guest at end of stay and process payment accurately.
• Handle guest requests with hospitality and resolve complaints when needed.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person and phone.
