Stratton Amenities is seeking a Front Desk Concierge (Floater) to join our luxury residential high-rise in Baltimore. This part-time role demands hospitality excellence, strong communication, and guest service skills. Flexible shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will welcome residents and guests, log packages, coordinate amenities, transportation, and reservations, and help maintain a secure, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to listen and respond quickly to residents' and guests' requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Provide anticipatory service and ensure smooth accommodations.
• Log guest packages and manage inventory audits.
• Coordinate amenities requests, transportation, and reservations.
• Monitor lobby security and assist with access control.
