Stratton Amenities is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Concierge (Floater) in Dallas, TX to provide luxury, hotel-style front desk service for upscale residential buildings. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-relations skills, with an emphasis on discretion and professional appearance.

The position supports residents and visitors, handles packages, and coordinates amenities requests, including transportation and reservations.

Formación

• Two years of hospitality or upscale customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service abilities.
• Ability to listen and respond quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and present a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Provide anticipatory service and ensure smooth accommodations for residents and guests.
• Build and maintain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform professional telephone etiquette and accurate message delivery.
• Log guest packages, track deliveries, and conduct package inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property for safety and security.
• Assist in scheduling amenities requests, including transportation, move-ins, reservations, and errands.
