Qualifications

• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Listen and respond quickly to residents’ and guests’ needs in a genuine manner.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Use professional telephone etiquette and handle messages accurately.
• Log guest packages and assist with amenities requests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Provide anticipatory service and ensure smooth accommodations.
• Log and track guest packages; manage inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby and surveillance as needed for resident safety.
