Job summary

Auberge Beach Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant (Front Desk Agent) to deliver five-star service to residents. You will greet residents, fulfill requests, answer calls, and make reservations, while coordinating with our Lifestyle Team across valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach attendants.

Flexibility to cover all shifts is required, and you will be part of an elegant, beachfront residential experience that blends boutique hospitality with family-friendly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hotel operations experience in a luxury setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work AM, MID and PM shifts as the operation runs 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and fulfill their requests; answer telephone inquiries.
• Make reservations and coordinate with Lifestyle Team including valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach attendants.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow standard operating procedures; operate the radio/paging system.
