Auberge Beach Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant (Front Desk Agent) to deliver five-star service to residents. You will greet residents, fulfill requests, answer calls, make reservations, and support a luxurious residential operation.

After training, you’ll understand emergency procedures, collaborate with the Lifestyle Team (valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach), and maintain confidentiality while upholding SOPs in a 24/7 ambiance.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience in a luxury setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Must have a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Front desk must operate 24/7 with AM, MID and PM shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and fulfill their requests with five-star service.
• Answer telephone inquiries and take/deliver messages.
• Make reservations and coordinate with Lifestyle Team partners.
• Use internal systems and maintain confidentiality; follow SOPs.
• Be capable of emergency procedures and resident safety.
