• Greeting customers at front desk and checking them in.
• Seating customers and notifying Sales of location.
• Offering beverage of choice.
• Calling to confirm upcoming appointments.
• Contacting late-appointments.
• Assist in rescheduling or booking customers.
• Fielding phone calls.
• Contacting customers regarding their ready pieces.
• Managing Pick ups and Drop offs throughout the day.
• Manage showroom ambiance and music.
• Keep showroom clean and organized.
• Keep jewelry samples clean and organized.
