Job summary

The William Vale in Brooklyn seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service at check-in and check-out. You will be the first and last impression of the stay, guiding guests with local information and hotel services.

With strong communication, problem-solving and a team mindset, you will coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience, while maintaining professionalism and guest confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 10 pounds.
• Comply with Standards and regulations to ensure safe hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Greet guests over the phone and in person with a warm, professional welcome.
• Answer guest inquiries and direct to appropriate departments as needed.
• Update guest information in the PMS and ensure accuracy of arrivals/departures.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B for seamless service.
