Job summary

The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs is seeking a Conference Services Concierge to support the Conference and Catering teams in coordinating on-site meetings, weddings, and events to meet Five-Star standards. This role requires strong organization, communication, and a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional service in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in hospitality or event planning preferred.
• Ability to operate MS Office, email, PMS, and event software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect meeting rooms and event spaces for maintenance and setup accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact between planners and hotel departments via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare door cards, signage, reader boards, and daily shift reports.
• Attend daily operations and pre-conference/BEO meetings.
• Coordinate with AV, maintenance, and banquet teams to resolve last-minute issues.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure excellent service.
