Job summary

The Broadmoor is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Dry Cleaning department to act as the primary liaison between guests and laundry operations. You will manage luxury garment care requests with white-glove precision, ensuring items are cataloged, inspected, processed, and returned ahead of schedule under Forbes Five-Star standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, collecting garments, verifying details, documenting conditions, and coordinating express or same-day

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or upscale services preferred; equivalent education considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MSS/POS and garment-tracking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries about laundry and dry cleaning with professionalism.
• Collect garments from guest rooms and service areas for processing.
• Verify garment counts, fabrics, and care labels; note special handling requests.
• Document garment conditions and service specifications accurately.
• Communicate stain removal and pre-treatment needs to production teams.
• Enter orders and guest information into PMS/POS with high accuracy.
• Ensure secure labeling and chain-of-custody for garments.
• Coordinate standard and express cleaning services to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with laundry, valet, and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
• Review completed orders for quality before guest delivery.
