Job summary

International Cosmetics and Perfumes Inc. seeks a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to deliver a premium customer experience at Nordstrom, Michigan Ave, Chicago. The role supports sales goals and champions Creed brand in a high-end retail setting.

The position requires strong retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in-store, assist events, and collaborate with store management to meet sales plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move in store including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, twisting; lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by upholding high standards while supporting in-store sales.
• Drive store-level sales by supporting Creed sales team and achieving the sales plan in designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell; participate in presell launches and events.
• Execute action plans based on market calendar to maximize sales and partner with management.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote Creed.
• Lead or participate in routine meetings (morning, department-wide, store-wide, and in-store events).
• Collaborate with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup; open/close if boutique location.
• Support and execute in-store launches and events in collaboration with management.
