International Cosmetics and Perfumes is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) for the Miami Design Boutique. You will execute the Customer Experience and sales strategy, championing brand standards and supporting Creed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Proven sales experience and ability in luxury retail.
• Ability to build relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with event planning and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and reporting tools.
• Flexible to changing priorities and multi-tasking.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining exceptional standards.
• Drive retail sales at store level and support Creed sales team to meet plan.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Execute presell launches and events in stores in coordination with management.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Lead morning meetings and store-wide meetings with management.
• Collaborate with the team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals, and setup.
• Open/close duties if boutique location requires.
