Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stock associate in New York keeps stock rooms neat and organized, receives, stores, picks, counts and distributes products, and helps merchandise transfers between locations. You greet customers, answer questions, share product knowledge, and support sales floor operations with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with strong communication skills.
• 1–2 years of retail or store operations experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands vision to customers and teammates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Verify shipments, handle discrepancies and maintain accurate counts.
• Help assemble, pack and ship transfers between locations.
• Replenish and display product on sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions and share product knowledge on the floor.
